Intimidation! One of the witnesses in the Dave Leghorn case has reported she came home to find a gruesome sight in her coop

Little RedHen called 911 to report finding the plucked, headless and eviscerated remains of her flock mates when she came home from work on Thursday evening. Officials feel this is related to her being identified as one of the prosecutions leading witnesses in the Dave Leghorn case and is an attempt to intimidate this witness and scare her into not taking the stand at the upcoming trial. ~United Press

Little Red Hens sister received a disturbing image in the mail, telling her to get her sister in a broody box and keeping her there until further notice.

The Yolk News Network has learned that Mr. Highpockets has a standing restraining order filed against him. We have obtained exclusive footage of another road crossing incident involving Mr. Highpockets.

Mr. Highpockets, the attorney now representing Tom Wyterock, heard in the above video, has gained a reputation for questioning chickens crossing the road. He questioned a roo and a lady-friend in a separate incident from the one on Oct 21 pleading for them to not cross the road stating he was concerned about their safety and whether or not the apparently homeless couple could afford a J-walking charge. He was highly praised for his bravery when he stopped traffic to allow the roo and lady-friend to cross at their leisure. However, not everybody views Mr. Highpockets in such good light.

Lady-friend (not affiliated with the lady-friend in the previous incident) Wildbird is a single mother of six and is a routine road crosser, sometimes crossing the road more than six times a day.

Every day Lady-friend Wildbird (pictured above with her family) crosses the road and every day Mr. Highpockets questions her regarding why she crosses the road. She filed a restraining order against Mr. Highpockets two months ago in hopes to prevent his perpetual questioning of her crossing the road. "I deserve to raise my chicks in a world where a chicken's motive for crossing the road is not questioned," Ms. Wildbird said.
Mr. Highpockets has yet to officially comment on the restraining order.
