What is wrong with this egg?

Well she got worse and started crouching to the ground with every step. I feverishly searched the internet trying to figure out what might be wrong and I came across a forum where a girl was describing a molting hen with the same behavior. So I did what she did, broad spectrum antibiotic, probiotic, brewers yeast and a high protein diet. Her feathers are coming in and she seems almost back to normal..and today she laid an egg! Which she hasn't done in months so I'm feeling hopeful and I will let you know how she progresses.
 
Thank you! Most of her feathers have come in and she is almost 100% back to normal! Thank God I didn't give up on her!!!
