Head bobing and circling

That looks like a neurological deficiency, possibly wry neck. I would treat him with vitamins, liek Poultry Nutri Drench, and see if he improves. You can pick it up at a feed store and add it to his water or for faster results give him a few drops orally each day. It can take up to three weeks to see an improvement, though.
 
still runs with the flock but when pressured (If I get to close) short circuit and the circling begins with head twitching continuous
 
Vitamin E deficiencies can cause a condition called Encephalamolacia. It usually effects young birds but can be seen in older birds. Give one vitamin E tab once a day for 5 days while using a good vitamin-mineral & probiotic powder in the water. You can also give 1/4 cc of a vitamin AD&E injectable in the breast muscle. If there isn't excessive damage to the bird's brain from swelling, that should solve the problem.

Don't feed too much cod liver oil (should never exceed 3% of diet). Stay away from rancid fats and expired/rancid feed.
