yes pics please and of the eggs!!My seven Partridge Penedesencas came on Tuesday, last week. I ordered 5 hens and 2 roos. The hens are fairly similar with two a tiny bit larger, making me suspect that they are from a slightly earlier hatch, though one really never knows. It might just be feathers too. I have read that the roos are lighter in color as chicks and the two roos are a very light buff base color. One has dark markings like the hens do, but the second one has markings that are just a tiny bit darker than the base color and are hard to see until you really look at him. I wonder if he will be a wheaton. Only time will tell for sure, I guess.
I need to take photos of them. Not sure where the camera has hidden itself.
One of my three one year old Partridge hens is nicer than the other two... better comb and stance. They are laying like crazy. They are nice dark eggs.
