cockatiel egg hatching trouble

My cockatiel egg in my incubator is hatching and its been about 13 hours since it first pipped and now it looks like it may be hatching down the side of the egg, should I be worried and should I help it hatch. All answers will be appreciated... Thank you
 
How is it doing now?

Helping a hatch is always very touch and go.

If it is very slow, and I am worried that the membranes are drying out, I might tent a damp paper towel over the hatching egg.

I hope it worked out for you.
 
The cockatiel has now hatched and is very healthy and I am now handfeeding it. Thanks for your help
