The Jam Man
One favorite one that a lot of people use is to hang a cabbage (or some other vegetable) by a string just out of the chickens' reach. Thy will play for hours jumping at it as it swings back and forth to tear off little pieces. As with anything new, don't be surprised if it takes them a while to get used to it. They may even shy away for it for some time before they get comfortable.
I made the one silkie flock a bath tire.. in other words filled it with dirt, sand & wood ashes.. they love to perch on it and dust bathe down the center of it.
