Pale comb, sick looking, isolated, rarely moving bird

I got some chickens about 4 weeks ago and one of them isn't like the others. first her name is pingu and she has a pale comb and doesn't scratch around in the dirt like the other 6. what happened before your chicken lost its feathers? my chickens feathers are fading a bit I am really worried for her can someone please answer!!!!!! thanks.
 
Sorry about your chicken, Brownchicken123. How old was she, and were there other symptoms such as not eating, any diarrhea? Had she been wormed, or had you checked for lice and mites. Mites and worms can cause anemia, and worms can cause intestinal damage. Chickens who move to new soil can sometimes get coccidiosis, and need to be treated with Corid (amprollium.)
