New Chickens!!!!

HI! I hope it's not weird to name chickens. I just started a flock with 7 sets of chicks and all fourteen have names. I've been playing with them every day and they're really starting to get quite tame. Two of them start chirping and look around for me when I give a special whistling sound.

Unfortunately, they didn't all stay together for this picture.
 
Hi and thanks for the welcome. I can't believe how big my chicks are now. Fortunately for them, we should be done converting the barn into a warm, safe coop by next week.
 
I remember when we made a coop! it was fun and i was glad that our girls got to move out of the cardboard that they could easily jump out of! they were afraid of the grass, water dish, food dish, and vegtables that i put in their cage when thay just moved in. Now they come in and out as they please and lay eggs that are a thousand times better then wal-mart eggs! i love my birds and good luck to you and all people new in the world of these amazing animals.
