That's a shame. It was 70s and sunny in Tennessee today. Supposed to get to 80 tomorrow but still upper 40s at night. Mine go INSANE as soon as they smell the egg. Mash it up really well so they can pick it up with their little beaks.
If the pieces are too large, a fight ensues and sometimes one chick doesn't get as much as the others.
