Broody hatching and broken egg HELP!!!

I was just out in the coop checking on my broody's and one of the hens has an egg under her that appears to have been stepped on by her. The membrane is not broken and I can hear the baby cheeping inside. What do I do????
 
My first question is what day are the eggs on? if it's chirping it may be close to hatching. I would leave it and see what happens.
 
We are on day 19. I guess I was just worried about the membrane drying out??? It looks like there is another egg that is cracked, although not as bad, and I can also hear the chick in it, too. Hopefully that one will just get it a little easier when it pips. :)

I just checked and the chick that's in the shell that is the most crushed is still alive but the membrane is starting to shrink in. It appears that the hen must be crushing it more because it's really broken now. I know I should just let nature run its course but it will make me sad if they die when they are alive and chirping.

How do you know if the yolk has been absorbed, you don't, right?

If they are on day 19 it still has plenty of yolk yet to absorb. It would more than likely kill it to try to help it out of the egg right now. This is a hard situation. You can't help it unless you can get it into an incubator with a higher humidity. And hopefully it can stay in the membrane until it is ready to come out. I'm just not sure what to say

Is there anyway to borrow or buy an incubator from someone asap. That's the only way I think you'll save them. They need a higher humidity to hatch atleast 65%. That close to hatch time is very hard to just let them go, I'm so so sorry! I've had losses and it's just hard to understand and except. I sympathize with you truly! I'm crossing me fingers for you.
 
If I would have known yesterday what I know today, I would have helped it out. This morning it was shrink wrapped but had pipped through the membrane. Unfortunately it was dead. The other chick was also pipped through the membrane and was also shrink wrapped so I just pulled the membrane back away from it and it popped right out. It's under momma right now and I will check on it in awhile. I want to give it time to dry beings we are fairly cold and rainy today. Much to my surprise, I had 2 little fuzz butts under momma (3 now), 3 eggs have pipped and 2 are still hanging in there.
