I'm not sure who laid it. I can rule out two girls because they lay blue and green but the others all lay brown. And you have a drain stopper that has food stuck in it too?

Mine almost always has food in it. Lettuce sucks the worst, because it wraps around.

It's a pond swan decoy. They're supposed to deter geese and keep them away from the pond.

Allegedly.

The geese don't really seem to be very deterred though. Would probably be more effective if the groundskeepers at the golf course moved the swans periodically during the day.
