Crusty, runny eyes + one clogged nostril - how to fix this?

Thank you so much for your help again. Unfortunately, this little guy passed away earlier today. He had a long life (10+ years!) and lots of love, from both his flock and owners. We're going to miss him horribly.
 
Thank you for the condolences. He was a sweet bird, won shows and had a lot of pretty babies who I'm sure went on to have a lot of pretty babies of their own. He joined my flock when he retired at five or more years of age. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to care for him and that he had a good life.
