I think a much more productive place to ask would be on a forum specifically for cage/aviary birds, or a softbill specialist forum. While there are people here who have the birds which would fit under this forum title (Caged Birds), for the most part, they're secondary to the primarily poultry-keeping members. And as such, most of the "Caged Bird" species kept by members here will be among the more common "pet-types" rather than the rarer "aviary-types."

That being said, there's something else to keep in mind -- Bali Mynahs (Leucopsar rothschildi) are critically endangered, and likely (though I'm not sure) require permits for ownership. This is not a species which should be sought as a "pretty cage bird" but rather as a conservation project for someone serious about and experienced in breeding. While I don't know anything about your intentions or experience, it does seem odd that a "serious breeder" would be looking for such rare birds (I think only about 2,000 left in the world, virtually all in captivity) on a poultry forum. I suggest you seek out specialist forums for softbills or other aviary birds and do as much research as possible.

:)
