Gender opinions please! Three breeds EE, OE and BLRW

Thanks! Just don't let him hear you call him cute, he's convinced he is a tough guy. Bantamlover21, almost everyone thinks Chippy is a roo, and they are probably right, but I'm still holding out hope! Even though his comb is prominent, it isn't growing quickly. It is probably just denial on my part, but he is the sweetest chick, the only one of the bunch that will jump on my lap and not skittish at all. The other two obvious roos are always fighting and bossing the girls around, and hate to be held, Chippy just likes to lie in the sun, or cuddle on our lap. So I'm hoping, but I'll probably be hearing a crow out of him soon.

Just an update for everyone who helped with their opinions. We rehomed Pancake and Bobby, they were for sure roosters, complete with crowing!
Chippy is the BLRW that everyone thought was a roo, but I'm pretty sure now is just a "masculine" pullet. That dang straight comb threw me off for a while, but now at 13 weeks she looks very hennish (not really a word, but it works). Here is "her' updated pics!

Comb/wattles started out prominent, but haven't grown significantly for weeks. Wattles pretty small for 13 weeks.

Body shape and feathers rounded, looks more like a hen. No pointy hackle or saddle feathers.

Front shot, "she" is going to be a large hen!

So what do you think? I'm really feeling hen at this point. Thanks!
