I am hoping to propose to the city of Buffalo that our current ordinance be changed to allow the keeping of hens within city limits with certain restrictions. I have put out a survey and shared it on the Buffalo MN Community Posts Facebook page and have had a majority of respondents expressing they are in favor of changing this law.
