is Loki a pullet or cockerel(black sex links)?

Meet Loki, we are still new to having chickens but Loki is apart of our second batch of chicks, we haven't had black sex links before and cant decipher if this beauty is a pullet or not.thank you so much for any help you can offer me!

Sex links are 100 percent sexed at hatch. Black sex links are from barred or cuckoo mothers so all males will have white spot on head when hatched and grow up barred or cuckoo. The red sex link behind it if was a male would be white with red leakage instead of red with white leakage.
