What does everyone recommend using on the floor of the brooder for baby ducklings? grass? wood shavings?

Wood shavings
I would use wood shavings, ducklings are very messy and the wood shavings are going to be more absorbent and also easier to clean then grass. I would give them a few handfuls of grass though for them to eat.
