Ok so one of my game hens decided to start fighting with the quail and the male was defending himself or maybe the other female quail as well anyway the poor male is bleeding not sure if it's like very bad or if he will heal on his own.

this bird will be fine i have had almost a full scalping and he lived , just seperate untill healed then it can return to cage

It should be fine. I introduced some quail and the others attacked them and picked past the feathers and skin leaving the head exposed and raw on one all the way down to the base of the neck. Given time the quail is still alive and most all feathers down to the base of the neck has regrown.

Also.....Some of my Bobs hit the fence and have looked much worse than that, shook it of, maned up and kept on living as well.

Some quail roosters are protective of their hens. A couple of mine peck the hell out of me every time I change out dishes or get eggs. I seem to be the most dangerous thing in their eyes.

They're helping you get to Heaven...

Yep my eyes are fading and one day my initial thought was there is a cardinal in my pen, when I glanced at the A&M's

You are aware that chickens carry a plethora of diseases that they are resistant to but are quite fatal to quail correct? Here is a nice pic of what can happen...

Regarding the injury like everyone else pointed out that is pretty minor, in the future to stop bleeding you can either use white flour or cornstarch to help clot the blood. Most rural feed stores also carry blood clotting powder for polling cattle.
