Quail With strange bump

I'm a bit concerned for my quail and was wondering if anyone can help me, this is just one quail and his left eye, the other quails are healthy but this male quail doesn't look like himself he keeps his eye closed most of the time

We've got 2 females, 2 males and a decent amount of space for them. He may of been pecked as a lot of people have been saying, thank so much

2 males to 2 females is a problem. You need at least 3 females per male, and if you have 2 males, they are likely to fight. That's probably where the injury came from, and it is likely to get worse as spring progresses. You should probably cull or rehome one of your males and get two or three more hens.

Funny, every ones saying "pecked"! I think it's a growth, like a skin tag. Idk, just my 2cts.

I think it’s pecked I had one a while ago that had that but smaller I have a roo now that got pecked and has the same thing I’ll get a picture of him in a minute.

I have a thread on here from a while ago that’ll have to find that I believe had the same problem.
