When I was tending to my girls today I noticed one of them has very small pupils.
The other 3 all have big round pupils.
Will attach photos of both.

Possible Marek's

Oh how very sad. She is my fave and is very cuddly. Will go to the vet in the morning. :-(

This does look like Marek's. Let us know how the vet visit goes-- the "good" news is that if it is indeed Marek's, that ocular Marek's birds can sometimes live for months or even years later the eye symptoms show. How old is she? It seems that the virus is attacks the body much less aggressively in many ocular Marek's birds. She may be a bit handicapped visually. I wish all my best.

Nambroth - She 18 months old.
I hope I don't have to loose her just yet. She is such a friendly girl. Oh I feel terrible that I can't do anything if it is Marek's. She was vaccinated as a day old chick but from everything I Read today the vaccine isn't even a preventative.

This is from:
http://partnersah.vet.cornell.edu/avian-atlas/search/lesion/467

It says

This Image

Clinical Sign: miosis (pupil)
Etiology: Marek's Disease
Species: chicken (Gallus gallus)

Clinical Description

Lymphoid infiltration of the iris may interfere with normal pupil dilation and constriction. The miotic pupil, shown here, prevents accommodation to changes in lighting conditions.
