The Missing Heir RP

"Very well..." Karok kicked his horse into a trot. He wished to make good time or he and his companions would be late. Every second counted if they wished to find the princess.

She nodded before answering her question. "Passing through and caught word of the reward to whom found the princess so of course I stopped to enter," Isabella stated.
Kira nodded then turned to thank the server when he delivered her meal and a small basket to take with her. "That reward will draw many in from the stories I have heard."

Isabella nodded. "I just hope we find her in the end," Isabella said telling the server her order.

Thea tied her cremello and black warhorses the hitching post and walked inside the tavern. She had just heard about the search for the princess and the reward so she saddled up her two best horses and came quickly. She had to switch off horses every now and then to give the other a small break. Thea knew that her late father's friend, Myrick, would worry about her but he could manage things on his own for a while. Thea walked inside the building and sat at the counter. She ordered some water. "Who do I converse with about thy search of thy princess?" She asked the barmaid.

The barmaid turned and answered quickly, "The diplomat, it is still a bit early in the day to see him, he's still asleep. So ye might as well wait here and eat something, there is one splendid stew, would ye like some?" She smiled, wanting to make some coin off the girl.

Aeron kept up and they soon left the town, after that, it did not take long for the them to see a small trail, leading off into the woods. It was definitely not a deer trail, no, it was to well warn for that, "Methinks this is our path, what say you?" Aeron said to Karok, slowing as they neared it.

Karok glanced to Aeron. "I have not traveled this trail.". He kept a close eye on the under brush but, slowly started to notice runes on the trees. The further the walked down the trail the more recognizable the runes became. "Do you...know this 'mage'" Karok asked hesitantly. The runes, in Zurian tounge, were a shamans threat.

"I do not know... I dost know many though, some like me, most..." Aeron trailed off, he had stolen from many and in turn, many hated him. But, few, very few, he had good relations with, those who he had not stolen from. The runes were ominous, he could read most of them and knew they could be heading into danger...

Karok shivered but, not from cold this time. He knew far to well what a well trained shaman was capable of. Memories of burnt and flayed eleven bodies haunted him. It was rare that a shaman take to combat but, one should pray when they do.
