we have a law ord. that's been in place since 1974...is there way's to hold the slaughter of my babies....before or while the law catches up with the times.....we are a commonwealth state which means it's divided....what steps or whom can I call before they force me to put my babies down....
 
Hire yourself a lawyer perhaps. Or organize a petition to sign in a new law. When my HOA threatened me about my' roosters' I got a petition with the neighbors to sign and backed myself with the 'right to farm act'.
