budgie:male or female?

is my budgie a male or female??
 
I also have two female budgies which were in good shape but now one of them isnt her feathers are that messed up because the other one beats her up everytime. So I don't know what to do and now the new budgie is getting the beating treatment from the female as well what do you suggest I do. Thanks in advance.
 
Sorry for the late response. I own the budgie that is shown in the first page when i started this thread.There is no doubt that it is a male .As i said i bought a female and she went through the breeding condition (cere turning to brown and now its light blue again).My male budgie still has the same colour on its cere due to its mutation.I dont know whether it is a recessive pied or something else but to everyone who wants to buy male budgies( because they are a bit more kind) you should keep in mind that they wont always have a blue cere.Many of them tent to have blue/pink cere with blue being a little more visible during the breeding condition.Thank you all for your replies :)
