Not understanding dosing instructions

I have four chickens showing the same symptoms, and my silkie just started today. I've been isolating then from the healthy birds because it seems to be very contagious. The antibiotics helped mostly but my jersey giant is still really sick and keeps losing weight. I also give them a bowl with vitamin water, but it's not neccessary. I'm just not sure what else to do
