Inside new mom's nest do 't know if they are all hers another girl has been trying to get in the nest

yes I think so ,has anyone experanced this and if so when they hatch will both moms help.years ago I saw a mom leading18 ducklings and another mom at the end ,it was pretty amazing to see them working together.
 
ok, here the latest. looks like momma duck is setting on 18 eggs one egg must have cracked and was leaking so I cleaned up the nest a added more hay .the other duck still has been trying to get in the nest, the other day big boy was pulling her way from the nest, it was like he was telling her to chill and leave the otherone alone.its amazing to watch the dynamicits unfolding here. I hope all the eggs hatch can't imagen how she can seat on those eggs anyway hope nature has a plan due date is jan29-30
