Permethrin and illness

Right, I did a very complete cleaning of all my coops after dusting, but I did not spray anything. I didn't worry myself with insecticidal sprays because I didn't find any mites on my birds - just lice. Which from my understanding don't infiltrate the coop like mites do and therefore are not as a much of a pain in the rear to eradicate.

"When treating a flock or a poultry house, the entire flock or house should be
treated at the same time to prevent the possibility of rapid re-infestation of treated
birds."

"Do not apply dust to eggs or nests. Do not treat more than once every 4 weeks.
Note: Poultry house and litter treatments should be applied thoroughly to litter, walls, floors, roosts, and similar areas where pests hide. Force sprays into all cracks and crevices."
