do they sing after each egg. i cant wait to hear mine still no eggs.

It is as unpredictable as each chickens personality is . Some sing after they lay, some sing when another lays…and some just sing. But when they do start singing you'll know someone is laying. It's really confusing when they all sing and no one is in the nest. But still loads of fun to witness.
How old are your pullets? Do they do the "submissive squat" for you?
They can sing before, during, and after an egg is laid. They will also sing if somebody else is singing.
Two of my five are laying. They both sing before laying an egg. Anywhere from 30-60 minutes before. The entire time. It is operatic drama in there just before they lay. It is also hysterical! 
My four beautiful Black Australorp ladies gave me four beautiful eggs again today...yay!

So true! One of my hens saw the fake egg which is in one of the nests just let them know this is a good place to lay theirs! When she first noticed it she may have thought SHE laid it, and started singing to it! Pretty funny. My husband watched the whole thing and came in the house just cracking up!
