Feather loss. Help?

I have a couple chickens that do not have wing feathers for some reasons and some are losing feathers between their legs and around the butt.
I have one that the feathers are just falling off. I made sure it wasn't mites or lice multiple times..

This is the time of year for moulting. Unless you see picking and blood, straw colored bugs scurrying along the skin, clusters of small opaque eggs on feather shafts, or very minute red or grey mites gathering around the skin of the vent, don't be concerned. Supplement water with vitamins-electrolytes-probiotics 3 times a week while they are moulting. You could even seek out supplements specific for moulting birds, such as Avio-Moult and such found at pigeon supply resources.

I honestly thought moulting first, i'm not sure why I'm freaking out now xD.
