14 week old pullet losing tail feathers

I have a 14 week old pullet that had a full tail now she looks almost rumpless she literally has 2 long tail feathers left! I check butts for lice and mites everyday and none of them have any signs of them, she doesn't get bullied (she's the one who does the bullying) she has no bald spots or redness no blood on the ends of the feathers or her rump as if they were being pulled out.. All of them seem to be losing the baby feathers but only she is losing her tail feathers.. what could be going on?
