My Bantamis currently sitting on an egg that was due to hatch the 20th..I've always heard Bantams tend to hatch around day 19. Her previous eggs her first time laying last year hatched day 21 exactly. Now this little guy (or gal) is 3 days over due..I avoided touching but today I quickly candeled to see what was going on and there is still movement but no pip yet..whats going on?
 
Might just be slow going. If mama is still sitting and its still alive i'd let her be! I've had incubator eggs hatch 3 days late because (i suspect) My temps got low during that hatch so some hatched late.
 
X2, if she is still sitting tight I would let her and the egg be. Hopefully it is just the normal variation in hatching times you get.
 
Hatched today on day 26 :) completely different colors from mom and dad so that was a suprise aswell.
