Not recieveing Email notification

I have changed Nothing on my settings here.

All my subscribed lists stopped sending me email notifications...

Running Windows 7 and Firefox and thunderbird.

Up till now Ihave been getting a couple hundred emails per day... very active lists

I am going to clear out my email archive incase I am bouncing.

But Is there a notification I am missing that my emails are bouncing?

Thanks Nifty..... I am getting them now... and I really didnt change anything but clear out some subscriptions I didnt realize i still had. I did read the FAQ above and went through the checklist to make sure my settings were right.
