x2.To my knowledge, the comb has nothing to do with the egg color. If it is an EE, there is still a possibility she will lay brown eggs. They can lay brown, white, blue, green or pink. You won't know until she starts laying. Most of my EEs lay green eggs. One lays white eggs.

It's an EE for sure... green legs and single comb are big flags... pea comb is USUALLY paired with the blue egg gene, causing green eggs, but not always... I have single comb EE's that lay green... the only way to tell is when she starts laying, sorry there is no other way to tell with EE's...

Pea comb is closely linked on the DNA with the blue egg gene, so pea combs are good indicators of blue or green eggs.
