laying egg

my hen turkey started laying eggs but it does not let tom breed with it wht should i do???i think it's eggs are not fertilized

I sounds silly but you may have a shy tom. We had a pair of Polish that I never once saw mate but we got plenty of fertile eggs.

no my tom is daring but the hen does not lying down for tom and all of tom's efforts are useless. I hold the hen some times for tom and tom breed with it although i think it is not enough to fertile the eggs.

I have two hens and one tom... One of the hens lays down for the tom without a problem.. The other hen will only lay down for me, as long as I stand by her where she can see me she will allow the tom to cover her. I have learned to not walk away until the deed is complete or she will shake him off and run...

i held her for tom many times before , but in your idea is it necessary for fertilizing eggs, tom breed her in these days she laying eggs or not?? breeding manually before has fertilized the eggs???

I have never had to "hold" her physically. The process take a bit of time, even with the hen that does squat for the tom, from the time he mounts until she lifts her tail is typically 3-5 min, Once she lifts her tail and he makes contact its over rather quickly and it is the tom that dismounts.
This hen simply will not squat for the tom, but will squat for me. Used to once she squatted and he mounted I could move away, the last 2 weeks she wont allow me to move, I stand about two feet from her head, as long as she can see me she submits to him. No tom mounting and mating, no fertile eggs, I do not force her down, once a week she will seek me out and squat for me. Once the deed is done she wont come near me again until she is ready to be covered again.

And yes, the tom started mating the hen several weeks before they started laying eggs, eggs stay fertile for up to a month but I have noticed in my observations that he covers the submissive hen at least twice a week and it is usually twords evening

Crack an egg open and see if it has been fertilized.

i had one white tom 2 months ago and tom mated times with hen and my current tom is bronze. it might the hen be fertilized by him??? is it possible to hatch white turkeys??/

I can't understand what you are saying.

Two months ago, not likely. One month ago, maybe. Of course it depends on what your hen's color is if you want to know if you "could" get a white poult.
