Dead chick??

So this chick pipped this morning and has been trying to get out for the past 6 hours, It hasn't moved for 30 mins, I just thought it was having a rest as it will be shattered but the beak being open is worrying me as I think it looks like it could be dead, is this normal or should I be worried?

If you can, using a mobile device, play videos of chicks cheeping near the bator when you question whether they are taking a break or passed. If they are still going you'll see them react to the recorded chicks.
