Hatching stats and a question on development issues

This is my first year incubating my own eggs. I didn't want to put 'all my eggs in one basket'- literally- and set 3 clutches 3 different ways.

15 eggs in a basic LG incubator (chicks are now 11 days old)
13 hatched
1 died at lockdown
1 pipped internally and died
1 was malpositioned, I helped it, it was weak but it's now thriving at 11 days old

11 eggs under a broody (chicks are now 10 days old)
9 hatched
1 died; was underdeveloped and crushed in egg in the nest, probably died at 'lockdown'
1 died; looked fully developed but was crushed in egg in the nest
1 died 4 days after hatch; separated itself, looked upset one afternoon, the next morning it was dead, a few feet from mama

14 eggs with a local hatcher (chicks are now 5 days old)
13 hatched
1 failed to pip
1 hatched with splayed legs and is fading, despite my efforts
1 hatched tiny and very deformed but is thriving and enjoying life
4 hatched with thin little legs and are weak on their feet, less hardy- at 5 days old they're still wobbly and just not up to par

All eggs set had 100% fertility, all parents are healthy.
Could it be freak chance that so many of the eggs I paid to have hatched have leg/development issues? Or could something like this be indicative of an incubation problem? I'm really just curious is all.

I've set another 43 in my LG and am hoping more hens go broody :) interested to see what future 'stats' unveil.

Personally, my opinion, if all the eggs were from the same source I'd bet that the chicks the hatcher hatched out were less than ideal incubation, and I'm hedging more toward temps than humidity issues. Did they hatch out on the expected "hatch day" or were they early/late?

These are all from my own birds, so no shipped or purchased eggs. Sorry for not clarifying. There's a good guy locally who does hatching and raises birds, only charges $1/egg that hatches. I've purchased healthy normal chicks from him in the past. I have no qualms with him, I was just curious about the possibility :)

Oh, the hatcher uses really fancy huge programmed incubators- everything is regulated. My hatch was total chaos- temp fluctuations galore! The LG9200 isn't the most reliable little thing :p So I am curious that this could be a possibility. I would've expected my own chicks to have the issues!

That's what I am using. Mine has the fan kit installed and I still have so many temp differences in the bator.

And the splayed leg chick just passed. Ho hum.

I calibrated the bator for 2 days before setting, it was a solid 101 (about 1" off the grate, 99.5 on the grate), no fluctuations. I add eggs? Ha! 95 one minute, 105 the next! We got through it okay but had a scary 4 day streak of 104-106, I couldn't bring it down and kept airing the eggs out :s And this was just a few days before lockdown!

I've set the LG9200 again (I have no add-ons, just still-air bator). Calibrated it for 3 days this time, was solid on temp. Now I have the same issue. The house doesn't drop in temp but the bator will sometimes. It's in a draft-free dark bathroom with a very stable temp. It's not so much shooting up high this time, just getting cold some days. Hoping for the best!
