We bought three chicks in a straight run. We don't remember what the sign said. DH thought it said ISA Red, but I could not find that anywhere online. They are similar to the four we bought at the farm store that were Rhode Island Red, but these three are much larger.
The front one puffs up a lot, but it is the only one with tail feathers. The other two only have tiny tail feathers. The four below are the Rhode Island Red we bought at Family Farm and Home. Similar in color, but smaller in size. They look like dinosaurs compared to all my other chickens. The ones above have a more prominent comb. The ones above were a straight run, is it possible to tell if they are male or female? The ones below are all pullets.
