This sounds like my goat and i. This mornin she was havin none of this milkin nonsense.... got her milked and her foot went in my bucket and i watched all that milk spill to the floor in slow motions. I might have shed a few tears today over spilled milk. :(. I been gettin bout two cups from her the last two mornins since we started separatin her and the bibbin overnight. Dont get me wrong she has come a long way in two weeks as far as standin for me but man that sure did hurt today cause it was a fight to get it this mornin and then just to lose it all.
 
And. The turkey calc confuses me immensely! So. Rp (he does have some tans in him) tom over... sg, bronze and rp (she also has tans in her).... one of the poults we saw the dry one is silvery grey all over, the other just wet hatched in front of us looked darker grey and some light as well but it was wet. What might we get from these crosses?

If your Royal Palm patterned tom has some tans, he is not a Royal Palm. He may be one of light colored Sweetgrass or a Calico or something else. Without having a good idea what your tom actually is, it is hard to tell what his genes could be making it nearly impossible to make the correct configuration for the calculator.

You may have to wait until the poults have there adult feathers before figuring out what they might be.

So I had a giant turkey egg laid and cracked it open... looks like the egg was incubating in there, lots of veins and a dark blob formed in it... anyone else have this happen?

We had a freak heat wave and their production dropped so I’m thinking she just was heat stressed and it stayed for too long.

So. Now that we have nine poults under the hens.... when will these ladies show them the food? There is one more with an internal pip and i took the other eggs away this mornin. Cause they are not ready to hatch yet. Road runner and her i am broody but not all the way there and had laid more eggs thing goin on with those. They all look great so i put them in the bator. I just worry that it has been a few days now and today is the need to eat day for a few of them. We do have crumble and water in there but we moved it a lil bit farther away... should i put it back close like i had it when the ladies were sittin?

There are four chipmunks, two grey and three yellows under the ladies.
