Okay. So I ordered 15 turkey poults, and 15 assorted bantams from Cackle.
I ordered their surprise last year, and it was shipped on a Wednesday and got here Friday... However, my babies were shipped yesterday (Wednesday the 8th) and they're not supposed to arrive until Saturday! Will they live? I live in northern NY, and normally its warmer... But we are still in the 40s during the day, and 20s or colder at night... I'm so worried about them.
How long can they live not being under heat without food or water?
 
The heat probably isn't a problem. They won't be sitting outside overnight and mostly indoors or in vehicles/planes.

Poults are pretty fragile the first few days. The chicks can go up to 72 hours without food or water but the sooner they get it the better.
 
I am so nervous, this is my first time for turkeys! I'm going to be pretty upset if they arrive in not good condition... I know they'll refund me, but I would still feel bad.
