The past couple days I have received bloody eggs from 1 of my hens ( shell only). Should I be alarmed by this? Or is it another by product of the chickens molting process?

She is probably ripping a bit when she lays. Make sure she has not prolapsed.
You have to look at her egg laying part.
If it looks bloody and bad, put her in a box and keep her in the dark so she will stop laying until she heals up.
If she is bloody and you have other hens, they will start pecking her and make the wound worse.
Here is a picture from another thread.

You can go here, put prolapsed vent into the search bar and read the threads.

If it is the problem, sometimes honey helps shrink the tissues and it will pull back in, other times sitting her in a warm bath with Epsom salts.

It might not be the issue at all, but this is all I can think of at the moment.
Someone else with much better chicken sense than me will be along to help.
