need to know what kind of chicks these are. I am not sure what kind they are but the white ones are

Oh dear. Yes, OP, it looks like those birds are for eating. They should go to freezer camp in another month or so. If you try to keep them longer they will get very weak legs and eventually heart problems from being so fat. If you want to restrict their feed, they will live a little longer but it's hardly worth it. Can you try to get a refund from Tractor Supply?

I have read where folks have been able to keep them for up to 8 months. I think it is a rough existence for them.
Be sure if there are birds you are interested in getting that you take a look at the chick pictures and do tons of research too. It is such a bummer when these things happen to unsuspecting folks.
Cackle hatchery has little videos of the chicks and a verbal description you can view of the different breeds. I find it helpful myself.
(I also find another one of those OH I WANT THAT breeds when I go looking)

How long can they live?
Generally not very long. You can keep them going longer of you restrict feed, maybe a year. However at least half of your Cornish X are cockerels, which means at some point they are going to crow.
