Not Getting Private Email Notifications

Is there a way you can determine the error that is happening when I use my yahoo account for emails?
I have checked and you are not on my blocked list and the emails are not in my spam folder for my yahoo account.

It looks like you may have told Yahoo that our newsletter was "spam", so they are now blocking all our emails to you. Can you find out if there's a way to whitelist our support email address within your account?
 
I went through the steps previously posted. I can change the email address and get the emails at my gmail account but not at my yahoo account. Is there a way you can determine the error that is happening when I use my yahoo account for emails?

I checked into spam settings in my yahoo email account and only found something called banned addresses. I did not find a white list.

Sally, make sure BYC is not in the banned list. If it is not there, contact yahoo support to have them fix this for you.
 
Well I can't seem to get it to work again on my yahoo account. I'll switch it over to a gmail account. I contacted yahoo support and they confirmed that the email address was in my contacts and not on my blocked list.
