Yes, check the protein level if you can. Low levels can be lethal as they need lots to grow properly.
They're coming into the fun age now. They'll fully feather ( minus heads) and grow an ounce or two over the course of the next nine days or so. This will really need to have proper levels. If you're close to 30% with the quail mash, leave it. If not, raise it. I have a game bird starter that works great here. It should run you $20 a 50lb bag.
Offer them dirt and grass, especially if you're giving them treats. Use caution. To many treats are bad for their health. They'll enjoy playing in the dirt clumps.
