someone is crowing is my hen a rooster?

OK i have four chickens that are three months old now just yesterday someone started trying to crow at 6am I don't know who it is but I live in town and can not have a crowing bird. If one is a rooster I have a friend with a farm who can take him but I just need to know who to send. Here are some pics of them allthe two most likely ones are the black Australop and the Buff Orpington


 
Both are cockerels. They have start of saddle feather let alone large bright red combs at 3 months. Single comb pullets won't have bright red until point of laying and that's 5 months or more of age.
 
Have to agree. Nice looking birds. My Barred Rock rooster, who will have to go soon, is the best looking of the bunch. Shame. He is a good protector of the hens. Rather hear a rooster crowing in the morning than the freaking beagles across the street that howl all the time, but they are allowed to. Never stepped in a big pile of chicken poop while walking the neighborhood....doggie do, very likely.

the Orpington and Australorp are both cockerels, and honestly I'm a little suspicious of the red bird in front. It's not as developed comb-wise as the other two, but the coloring makes me wonder. maybe get a good profile shot of it? The red and white bird is definitely a pullet.
