Looks like a pullet to me. Some black chickens get a green shine to their feathers, cockerels and pullets. I have 4 black cochin pullets and their feathers are just like this (except, well, because of their breed, more poofy), along with my Crevecoeurs, which are chicks. I'm also not seeing any oily feathers which indicate cockerel, which should've developed by now if it were to be a roo.
