Not this Monday but the Monday before my hen began to limp. There are no open wounds or cuts on her legs. A week has passed and she is limping as bad as she was last week. I thought she had just twisted her leg, or gotten it caught on the floor of the coop, hardware cloth. But now I am concerned because she hasn't seemed to heal. I wondered if she has bumble foot on the foot that limps, and there is a big callus on it. I thought she might, but didn't worry about it because I have five hens and they all have those calluses on their feet for months, and they never limped in pain. Now I'm concerned that this hen might really have bumble foot.
