    Is hatching with detached air cell possible?

    We ordered and picked up 6 Muscovy eggs from a hatchery in our region. All 6 eggs are fertile, but for some reason on day 6 of incubation, one of the eggs developed a detached air cell. I have had the egg standing in a toilet paper core ring since that time and have tilted it at least 3 times...

    Shipped call duck eggs, broody hen, detached air cells AHHH

    Yesterday I received 6 call duck eggs from e-bay. My intentions were to place them under a broody hen per the advice of the seller as calls are harder to hatch via incubator and I have a hen dying to hatch something. Upon arrival I candled them and discovered all but one have detached air cells...

    Thank you for looking and trying to help!!! So I got 8 rainbow eggs shipped (my first ever shipped eggs I'm hatching and I've only hatched a batch of local EEs once before and had %100 hatch rate with that, doing dry incubation) and I also got two cream legbars "locally" (hour and half away)...
