Cloud stood on a rocky ledge, her white fur blowing in the wind. She looked across the lake before her with a twinge of envy. Silentwater seemed to be doing well lately, despite the famine that loomed.

Blaze trotted across the grasslands, her eyes searching for enemy wolves. Everything seemed to be in order.

Autumn walked over to Cloud and looked at her. "How are you?" She asked, half-heartedly.

Cinder watched Blaze and sniffed the air. She wandered through the woods in the direction of the camp. She had wanted to hunt, but she couldn't catch the scent of anything.

Cloud briefly glanced back at Autumn, then returned her gaze to the lake. "Quite well." She replied with a slightly authoritive tone.

Blaze caught scent of rabbit, quite strongly. She looked up and searched for one crouched nearby.

Autumn lowered her head in respect catching the tone and sulked away.

Cinder looked back at Blaze and saw that she had scented something. She crouched and watched, staying up wind of Blaze and the rabbit.

Cloud studied the landscape one last time, then turned around and returned towards camp.

Cinder watched with caution, as she didn't want to scare the rabbit away and upset Blaze. Cinder tensed her muscles, but stayed as quiet as she possibly could.
She watched the rabbit, and saw it looking up. She froze.

Cinder watched with caution, as she didn't want to scare the rabbit away and upset Blaze. Cinder tensed her muscles, but stayed as quiet as she possibly could.
She watched the rabbit, and saw it looking up. She froze.

Blaze stalked closer to the rabbit, her eyes locked on her prey. In one sudden motion, she darted for it and pounced, her paws landing on the creature's head. As it kicked wildly, Blaze grabbed the rabbit's neck in her teeth and pulled back sharply, killing it with a quick movement.
