How are you going with your Texas quail @BReeder! ??

I think today might be quail dispatching day.. if I can get these kids to bed early..

Look what I have in my backyard..

There's 16 chickens now. Last coturnix was helped out of the shell but is still in the incubator. Around 5 more chickens in the shell still waiting to hatch. This little one with the eyebrows is kilo's chick with I'm assuming was the white rock. It has feathers down it's legs.

Baby quail totally do sleep sprawled like they are dead!

Wow. Life is mean sometimes. One of my two sprawled-like-the-dead chicks actually IS dead this time.
RIP Pompom.
The other one is running around like normal, but they both were like that last night.
