1 chicken out of 15 losing feathers not a year old yet

One of my chickens is a Barnevelder and she's very small compared to all the other ones and I noticed that every day in the coop and in the chicken run as many many feathers all over the place but not the other hens and I am very concerned about this but I do not see the other hens picking at her- suggestions please

Come April she will be a year old, none of the other 2 barnvelders are molting

I know right now that I look at her I'll actually see that she is melting I don't understand it's winter time so I brought her and her little friend in and put them in a playpen with water food and I'm going to up her protein

Every now and then one just comes up with an off season molt.
