10 month old Brahma hen has yet to lay an egg

So this is Luna.

She’s a 10 month old golden partridge Brahma and she has yet to lay an egg.
All the other brahmas that were hatched with her have been laying for over 2 months.
They’re all fed layers mash with a side dish of oyster shells.
They were being fed growers mash up to 2 weeks ago when I started getting thin shelled eggs so I switched to layers.
She is a bit smaller and lighter than the others, she’s starting to catch up growth wise now though, that’s about it.

Yes!
I can fit three fingers from the tip of the breast bone to the vent, couldn’t find her pubic bones.. I’ll try again.

Checked again, can barely fit two fingers through her pubic bones.
Vent is small and round.

Sounds like she is just a little slower maturing. She is starting to get red faced, maybe she is thinking about starting to lay. Its not impossible that she may never lay as well. She could be sterile or have malformed ovaries.
